Refund Policy

Effective and last updated: October 18, 2026

Each Korean Saju reading is personalized digital content created from the birth details and topic you submit. After PayPal confirms payment, generation begins immediately.

Before generation begins

You may request cancellation and a refund before generation begins.

After generation begins

Because the personalized digital content is created specifically for you and cannot be returned or resold, change-of-mind cancellation and refunds are not available once generation begins.

When a refund or remedy may still apply

We will review requests involving a duplicate charge, a result that was not delivered, a technical defect that prevents access to the delivered files, or content that is materially different from the service description. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Any rights available through PayPal's dispute process also remain subject to PayPal's applicable policies.
