Privacy Policy

We collect only the name, email, birth information and question needed to create and deliver your reading. Data is used to fulfil orders, recover private access links, provide support and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal information.

Readings and their associated birth information, generated reports, PDF files and sharing cards are stored for the retention period shown with the order. The standard retention period is 30 days. After expiry, these records are deleted from the active service by an automated cleanup process. You may download your files before expiry or request earlier deletion.

Free Saju Together

In “Compare now” mode, you confirm permission to use both birth details. We calculate the comparison without saving either birth input or the derived pair in the shared-experience database. The instant result stays in the open page only and has no private return link. Your own details can be passed to optional checkout, but the other person's birth inputs are not automatically sent there. The following seven-day storage rules apply to invitation mode.

Each participant enters their own birth details and agrees before sharing a derived Saju profile. We process the submitted date, time and country to calculate that profile, but do not save those birth inputs in the shared-experience database. The stored profile contains possible Day Masters, elemental and yin/yang attributes, possible day branches, birth-time confidence, and your selected relationship category. It contains no name or email.

After the invited person agrees and joins, both participants can see the two derived profiles and the comparison. Invitation links and private return links grant access without a login. Keep your return link private; anyone with it can view your side and the completed comparison. Invitations are single-use. Links contain access tokens, not birth dates.

Shared experiences expire after 7 days and are removed from active access at expiry. Either participant can use the removal control to delete both derived profiles earlier. Expired records are deleted during scheduled cleanup or the next shared-experience request. Database backup copies remain until the normal backup rotation removes them.

This device stores a private access token in browser local storage so you can return for up to 7 days. Your own birth inputs are held only in this tab’s session storage for optional paid-checkout prefill; the other participant’s birth inputs are not revealed. Removing the experience clears its access token and this tab’s associated inputs. Other tabs or devices may retain their local copies until you clear their storage or close their sessions.

Privacy-friendly traffic measurement

We use first-party, cookie-free analytics to understand which pages and campaign links lead to checkout, payment, downloads and sharing. We also measure steps in the free two-person experience, such as starting, opening invitations, joining and exploring comparison topics. We store a random session identifier, page path, referring website hostname or search-engine label, and UTM campaign labels for up to 180 days. Full referrer URLs and search queries are not stored. We do not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, birth details, questions, private access tokens or report content in analytics.

Anyone with a private result link may open that reading. Keep the link private and use the email recovery form if it is lost.
